Founded in April 2011, Syntone Technology has 8 main production units, 17 products in 5 categories, four ISO management system certifications, its own export qualification and hazardous chemicals transport capability.

Aromatics
Petroleum toluene, petroleum mixed xylene, petroleum mixed xylene isomers, petroleum benzene and ethylbenzene, mainly from the 800,000 t/a light oil upgrading + disproportionation unit
Olefins and Polymers
Styrene and polystyrene (GPPS525 general purpose), from the 80,000 t/a styrene unit and the 100,000 t/a polystyrene unit
Fine Chemicals
Maleic anhydride (solid/liquid) and sulfur, from the 50,000 t/a n-butane-based maleic anhydride unit and the sulfur recovery unit
Clean Energy and Gases
LPG, hydrotreated naphtha, commercial propane, commercial butane, liquid ammonia and ammonia water
Electronic-Grade Chemicals
High-purity toluene blend for MLCC production and electronic grade 5N hydrogen (purity 99.999%) for electronic component and semiconductor manufacturing

Electronic components and semiconductors
High-purity toluene blend for MLCC production has been supplied to an international electronic component manufacturer for 10 consecutive years, used in tape casting, forming and cleaning; electronic grade 5N hydrogen (purity 99.999%) from the PSA high-purity hydrogen unit is used for semiconductor annealing.
Hydrogen and clean energy
A core strategic supplier of high-purity hydrogen to Liming Gas since 2021, for hydrogen refueling stations among other uses; clean energy products also include LPG, commercial propane and commercial butane.
Pharmaceutical synthesis and metal heat treatment
High-purity hydrogen for pharmaceutical synthesis and metal heat treatment; a cumulative 52 million Nm³ delivered to Liming Gas since 2021.
Coatings and inks
Aromatic solvents and fine chemicals for the coatings and ink industries.

Our wholly owned subsidiary, Hebei Dongfang Tongxin Chemical Co., Ltd., holds a road transport permit for hazardous chemicals and runs its own hazardous chemicals fleet. Integrated production and transport means delivery times and product quality are not affected in transit.
