The English name of 盛腾科技有限公司 is Syntone Technology Co., Ltd., under the SYNTONE brand. Its wholly owned subsidiary 河北东方同信化工股份有限公司 is Hebei Dongfang Tongxin Chemical Co., Ltd.

The company has 8 main production units and comprehensive auxiliary facilities, making 17 products in five categories:

• Aromatics: petroleum toluene, petroleum mixed xylene, petroleum mixed xylene isomers, petroleum benzene, ethylbenzene for industrial use
• Olefins and Polymers: styrene, polystyrene (GPPS525 general purpose)
• Fine Chemicals: maleic anhydride (solid/liquid), sulfur
• Clean Energy and Gases: LPG, naphtha (hydrotreated), commercial propane, commercial butane, liquid ammonia, ammonia water

The company operates 8 main production units: light oil upgrading + disproportionation unit 800,000 t/a, catalytic dry gas to styrene unit 80,000 t/a, polystyrene unit 100,000 t/a, gas fractionation unit 163,000 t/a, n-butane-based maleic anhydride unit 50,000 t/a, ammonia synthesis unit 80,000 t/a, PSA high-purity hydrogen unit 5000 Nm³/h and sulfur recovery unit 700 t/a, supported by comprehensive auxiliary facilities such as a wastewater treatment plant, circulating water plant, laboratory and loading and unloading area. Key customers and partners include leading companies such as Sinopec, PetroChina and Liming Gas. Through its wholly owned subsidiary the company has supplied toluene blend for MLCC production to an international electronic component manufacturer for 10 consecutive years with zero major quality incidents, and since 2021 it has been a core strategic supplier of high-purity hydrogen to Liming Gas, delivering a cumulative 52 million Nm³ of hydrogen (purity 99.999%). Companies in China buying Syntone Technology’s hazardous chemical products (including benzene, toluene and xylene) must provide:

• Business licence
• Hazardous chemicals business licence (trading companies)
• Hazardous chemicals use permit or production permit (manufacturers)

In addition:

• Toluene is a Category 3 precursor chemical. Before buying, the buyer must file with the local public security authority and obtain a precursor chemical purchase permit and certificate.
• Sulfur is a hazardous chemical that can be used to make explosives. Before buying, the buyer must file with the local public security authority and obtain a purchase permit for it.

For toluene, the company can help customers obtain the transport permit. Please confirm the exact documents with our sales team when you ask for a quote.

The wholly owned subsidiary Hebei Dongfang Tongxin Chemical Co., Ltd. holds a road transport permit for hazardous chemicals and runs its own hazardous chemicals fleet, so production and delivery are handled in one chain. Packaging options are drums, IBC totes, bulk, 25 kg bags, jumbo bags and custom packaging; see Production capabilities and each product page.

Yes. The company has its own full export qualifications and customs declaration capability (since 2022) and currently focuses on exporting 5 core products: mixed xylene isomers, petroleum toluene and petroleum benzene (bulk, drums), and maleic anhydride (solid) and polystyrene (25 kg bags, jumbo bags), all with long-term export capability. It exports to more than 15 countries and regions, mainly in the Asia-Pacific, and is within easy reach of Tianjin Port and Huanghua Port for sea exports.
